Jack was placed out of commission after the war on June 08, 1946. She was subsequently re-commissioned Dec. 20, 1957 for a brief period of time prior to her transfer to the Greek Navy on April 21, 1958. She was returned from Greece in 1967 and sunk as a target in the Pacific by the U.S. Sixth Fleet.
